ITI ka full form “Industrial Training Institute” होता है। आईटीआई भारत मे 10वी और 12वी कक्षा उत्तीर्ण करके सरकारी या प्राइवेट कॉलेजों मे किए जाने वाला कोर्स है।
लेकिन कई राज्यों मे यदि आप 10 वी कक्षा मे नापास (अनुत्तीर्ण) रहे हो तब भी std 9th के आधार पर आप आईटीआई का कोर्स कर सकते है।

ITI का हिन्दी भाषा मे फूल फॉर्म “अधौगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान” है। इसे आसान शब्दों मे कहे तो अधौगिक क्षेत्र मे व्यक्ति को कार्यक्षम बनाने हेतु शुरू किया गया संस्थान।

ITI करने के जरूरी योग्यता
किसी भी जगह पढ़ाई करने या नौकरी हासिल करने के लिए आपके पास आवश्यक योग्यता (minimum qualification) जरूरी है।
ऐसे मे विद्यार्थी Industrial Training Institute(ITI) को करना चाहते है वह कम से कम 10 वीं कक्षा पास होना जरूरी है एवं 12th के उत्तीर्ण हुए स्टूडेंट्स भी इसे कर सकते है।
छात्र की आयु 14 से 40 के बीच होनी चाहिए एवं अशक्त होना चाहिए।

दूसरी प्राइवेट कॉलेग होती है इनमे आपको अड्मिशन के लिए करीब Rs. 20,000 से 30,000 तक का खर्चा होने की संभवना रहती है। इनमे आपकी कॉलेज के स्टैटस आधारित fees चार्ज की जाती है।
ITI बाद नौकरी के चान्स
अपने 1 या 2 साल के कोर्स करने के बाद किसी भी छोटी या बड़ी कंपनी, फैक्ट्री मे आसानी से job मिल जाती है। लेकिन याद रहे इनमे बहोत संघर्ष करना पद सकता है क्युकी आपको जॉब वर्कर के आधार पर मिलती है।
शुरुआत मे तकरीबन Rs. 6,000 से 14,000 तक की सैलरी वाली नौकरी आसानी से मिल जाएगी।
ITI में एडमिशन कैसे लेते है?
इनमे admission के लिए सबसे पहले आपको अपने इच्छा मुजब का ट्रेड चुन लेना पड़ेगा। बाद मे आप इसे online एवं offline तरीके से अड्मिशन ले सकते है।
इसके फॉर्म हर साल जुलाई माह के आसपास शुरू होते है। यदि आप फॉर्म भरने जा रहे हो तो आप निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज(documents) पास मे रखे:
